Q: What if I need to cancel the order and the parts have already shipped?

If the parts have already shipped when you need to cancel the order. Still email us at info@offroadheritage.com with your order number stating that you need to cancel the order. We will provide you with a return label for the parts. Just put the return label on the packaging when it arrives and have it shipped back for a refund.

Q: What if I can't find the part I'm looking for?

Email us at info@offroadheritage.com with the brand name and part number to see if we can find it for you. If we are unable to provide the part for you, we will find someone who can. 

Q: I need to cancel an order, what do I do?

Email customer care at info@offroadheritage.com with your order number stating that you need to cancel the order. 

Q: How do I know when my parts shipped?

You will receive an email notification once the product(s) ship from the warehouse. If you have an account with us, you can sign into your account and look at your order history to view the order details and tracking number. 

Q: How do aftermarket parts affect my warranty?

According to the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act (US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312), a manufacturer such as RAM or Jeep, cannot void the warranty of a vehicle due to the use of an aftermarket part unless they can prove the aftermarket part directly cause or contributed to the failure of the vehicle.
